150 idols, one per flat
150 Ganesh idols are being given away free to residents, one per flat, on a first come first served basis. There is no charge, and no payment is taken at any point.
Claiming opens at 9:00 AM on Saturday 12 September. Online claiming is not open yet — until it is, please claim with the MC on +91 91009 27973 or [email protected].
How it works

Claims are taken in the order they arrive. Once all 150 are claimed, further claims join a waiting list rather than being turned away.
One idol per flat, so that as many families as possible have one.
What we ask for
Your name, your flat number and your phone number. Nothing else, and no payment details of any kind.
We ask for these only so that the committee can confirm the idol is yours when you come to collect it. Your name and phone number are never shown publicly — see our privacy policy.
Collection
The committee handles collection and will share the details with everyone who claims an idol.
If you have claimed one and find you cannot collect it, please tell the committee. Idols that are not collected are passed to the next family on the waiting list, so letting us know early means another family gets one.
Waiting list
If all 150 have gone by the time you claim, you join the waiting list and we will contact you if one becomes free.
There is nothing to pay for a waiting list place either.
